Noteworthy Accomplishments and Interests:
Gary Snarch is Associate Counsel at TVS and practices primarily in the field of securities litigation and securities related frauds, acting on behalf of brokerage houses, clients of brokerage houses, licensed registered representatives and public companies (and their directors) before all Courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and regulatory bodies.
Mr. Snarch has been designated as a Chartered Arbitrator with the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre and the British Columbia Arbitration and Mediation Institute, specializing as an arbitrator/mediator in securities litigation matters, primarily involving disputes between brokerage houses and their account holder clients. He has also been designated as a Chairperson for TSX, IDA and Regulation Services hearing panels.
Mr. Snarch was formerly a partner at the Vancouver law firm of Snarch and Allen.
