Patrick J. Sullivan has acted as counsel in a wide variety of commercial litigation and administrative litigation matters. Most notably, Mr. Sullivan has appeared as counsel in securities, business, corporate litigation, defamation and contractual actions.

Mr. Sullivan’s clients include brokerage houses, public and private companies, private investors and individuals. He has appeared as counsel in all levels of Court in British Columbia and before a variety of regulatory tribunals, including the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Law Society of British Columbia and the Insurance Council of British Columbia.
